Publication ethics
Articles submitted to the journal must:
– correspond to the theme of the magazine;
– contain new research materials not previously published and not submitted for publication in other publications;
– include a complete list of literature used in the preparation of the article;
– not contain plagiarism and false information;
– be designed in accordance with existing requirements.
Author responsibilities:
– provide an original article containing reliable results of the work done and an objective discussion of the research results;
– provide the article with bibliographic references to the works of other authors used and their own;
– avoid plagiarism / auto-plagiarism in any of its forms;
– participate in the process of finalizing / revising the article, correct errors, and, if necessary, provide a refutation;
– comply with the deadlines set by the editors when preparing materials for publication.
The author responsible for correspondence with the editors guarantees that all authors of the article participated in the study and agree with the submission of the work for publication.
Responsibilities of reviewers:
– respect the point of view of the author;
– contribute to improving the quality of the submitted work;
– provide the editorial board with information for making a decision on publication, give an objective assessment of the manuscript, expressed clearly and reasonably;
– indicate significant works that are relevant to the topic and are not included in the bibliography of the manuscript;
– respect confidentiality;
– do not use unpublished data presented in the manuscript under consideration in personal research without the written consent of the author(s);
– refuse to consider the manuscript in case of a conflict of interest due to competitive, joint and other interactions and relationships with any of the authors, companies or other organizations associated with the submitted work;
– adequately estimate the time required for reviewing the manuscript, and comply with the deadlines for reviewing established by the editors.
Responsibilities of the editorial team:
– be guided by the editorial policy of the journal;
– evaluate the content of the manuscript in accordance with the reliability of the results of the work, their validity and scientific significance, regardless of other factors;
– when rejecting an article, be guided by objective criteria;
– maintain the anonymity of reviewers;
– do not use unpublished data presented in the manuscript under consideration in personal research without the written consent of the author(s);
– edit and shorten the manuscript (coordinating with the authors), if necessary, to improve its quality and compliance with publication standards;
– comply with the established deadlines when preparing materials for publication.
